PROJEKTMANAGER

You will be working for Phoenix Technologies S.A. with its head office located in Esch/Belval, Luxembourg, with the objective of promoting consultancy services and technologies for the iron and steel industry. 

Your role 

As Project Manager you will prepare offers and manage the execution of projects. 

Your main responsibilities will include the following: 

• Support customer in their plant repair and transformation. 
• Identify their needs in terms of technical and managerial assistance. 
• Analyze the requirements and fulfilling their objectives received. 
• Manage project (this task is deployable, business trips abroad to be considered to ensure on-site meetings). 
• Ensuring/respecting a safe working environment according to customer regulation. 

Your profile 

General Qualifications: 

• Master’s degree in mechanical, industrial or maintenance  engineering or equivalent education. 
• Not less than ten years of experience in iron and steel making engineering and/or complex infrastructure engineering. 
• Understanding and working experience of sales and project management processes. 
• Skills for customers relationships. 
• Ability to work within and manage a team. 

Specific Qualifications: 

• Specialized knowledge of project management methodology. 
• Ability to monitor and control project budgets. 
• Autonomy, decision-making capacity. 
• Resistance to stress linked to project challenges. 
• Ability to develop solid relationships with different customer stakeholders. 

Language qualifications: 

• Advanced in English. 
• French and/or German speaking would be appreciated. 
• Any other language is an asset.
