Nicolas Mousel has a robust background in sales and project management. For almost 30 years he has been successful in designing, selling and executing plant and equipment projects for the global iron and steel industry, after graduating from the University of Liège as electro-mechanical engineer in aerospace technologies and industrial management.

Nicolas Maggioli, CTO  

Nicolas Maggioli is a mechanical engineer graduated from Arts & Métiers in Metz and MSc of Georgia Institute of Technology and known for his innovative work on cooling systems for blast furnaces. His developments have led to several patents, including advanced monitoring systems and maintenance methods for cooling assemblies. His outstanding expertise is based on 20 years of experience in the design of BF ironmaking plants.

Fernand Didelon, Senior Expert​ 

Fernand Didelon is a renowned specialist in iron and steel decarbonization. He graduated from the Ecole des Mines de Nancy with an MSc in Materials and Chemical Engineering. He began his career in 1991 as a blast furnace process engineer. For several years, he has been supporting steel plants in optimizing operational performance and selecting effective decarbonization strategies.
